Hello Everyone. I am Heavy Hitter. I will start out with stats. I am 34 years old. (25 If you are a woman reading this.) 6'0''. 230lbs. BF% maybe 12% I have an athletic build. I started doing strongman a couple years ago. I have done 4 competitions in the 231lb weight class and 1 in the 265lb weight class.
I powerlifted in high school in the 103lb weight class. I have more then doubled my size. I have trained off and on but only training with knowledge for about three. I was your typical small guy. I just wanted to be big and strong but lied to myself and cheated myself with very little progress. I met a strongman and he pointed me in that direction and It took off from there. I now have a 1405lb overall. Squat: 500 Dead: 500. And bench:405. Now I have reped each of these weights for all these lifts. But this is were I am now. I recently started volume training so those are the numbers I use for percentages and it is working great for me right now. Ok so that is a little about my lifting experience. As a person. I am pretty easy going and laid back. I do not like bullying it is not necessary. I have a lot of knowledge. But I still have so much more room to learn and share. I strongly believe in this community and give 100% credit to bb forums for reaching goals that I have currently struggled with in the past. I respect every ones choices. I may not agree and may suggest that you try something else, but also respect that it is your decision to make, Whatever they may be. I am always open for questions and will do the best I can to accommodate you with an answer. Just know this. I am not a Dr, but I will take a look. It was an odd chain of events that landed me here on FG. Non the less I am here and will try to learn, share and grow with all of you.
