Basically I hope to get back close to what I was at before I redeployed a couple years ago (last deployment). Long story short: four kids, currently live in Germany, wife is in military as well, very busy life of the SOF community...

      WAS:
      roughly 220 around 13%
      bench 350
      squat 405
      SDL 505
      Push press 295
//All with full pause or stop at bottom

      NOW:
      about 195 around 15%
      bench 265
      squat 295
      SDL *unknown been awhile
      Push Press 225

diet basically sucks now, nearly all of my time goes to Work/Family. I finish my Masters from OU in March, and then hopefully move back to States in Late Summer hopefully putting life back onto a manageable schedule...couple months ago had the unfortunate luck to fall victim to a nasty lil bug in Germany called FSME, which ultimately left me with a long recovery process that greatly impacted my neurological system...

      Short term goals:
      bench 295
      Squat 335
      SDL 405
      Push Press 225 (5 reps)

will juggle two work out routines due to traveling schedules:
      sched1
      5 day
      M-Shoulders
      T-Back
      W-Chest
      TH-Arms
      F-Legs
//if I miss any day arms is dumped...

      sched2 (travel)
      4 day
      1-chest/tris
      2-Legs/bis
      3-Shoulders + push ups
      4-Back/arms

cardio plan will be "just do it!!!" whenever I can get it...

I know its not a great set of plans, but I think these will be the best to sustain!

      thanks brother,

so I kept my travel workout going while tdy last week. cant complain, atleast got something...

today first day back from trip though was hectic with SAT for a jump tomorrow, and catch up, so was kinda a quick shoulder routine but still got a cardio workout in the AM in and a afternoon lift...

      am cardio:
      20 mins HIIT

      lift (shoulders)
      4x12 standing db press
      5x5 Standing BB press (front)
      4x12 face pull
      5x10 Hammer strengh shoulder press
4x12 cable lat raise (single arm at time)

all in all felt good, about 35 minutes at most in gym, so didnt get to push weight really heavy...standing BB press only made it up to 155.

tomorrow's goal is to get a lil elliptical in, then run outside (Stuttgart weather is snowy/cold so wont be alot of fun ) then an afternoon lift in after the jump

      thanks again for the motivation
