      gotta be the biggest question in the gym......

      right now i'm at 350lbs......i just wanted to get a general concensous on the board.

      LOL. I can actually bench 350lbs with good form and no bounce. When I do bench, like today is my bench day I warm up with 135lbs for 2 sets. Then here's my flat routine;


      Flat-275lbs 3 sets-8-6-4 reps.
      Decline-275lbs 3 sets-8-6-4 reps.
      Incline-225lbs 3 sets-8-6-4 reps.

      Then I do some fly's and dips.

      I alternate every other week with different methods. Like next week I'll use more hammer str. machines instead of fly's and dips.
