      how many of you bbers or plers smoke cigs? i've tried to quit and KNOW that i need to but i like smoking. it's been quite awhile since stepping on stage but when i did you shoulda saw the looks i got when i stepped out to smoke. i don't know... maybe i should do a contest diet then submit pics of me smoking to tobacco companies and try to land a new gig lol. all the hard work i put in inside the gym and then turn around and put something like that in my body. i know... STUPID. am i the only one?

      i have smoked for damn near 25 yrs have quit several times but never for good i have been quit this time for about 2yrs now so hopefully its for good but you never know...i can say that as long as i dont drink i dont have the cravings as bad....but no chris your not the only one

      i quit cold turkey many years ago. about 2 years after i got this really bad craving, so i bought a pack, and after about 5 cigarettes i thought "i am not enjoying this like i use to." threw that shit away and havent looked back.

      I'm glad I haven't picked up smoking. I think my dad traumatized me when I was younger with the smell in the air first thing in the morning. I see more and more people using that vaporizer deal. Supposedly it's just nicotine, I haven't spent any time looking it up. Just a couple questions here and there.

      no i haven't tried. i would like to quit for health reasons but overall i like smoking. i don't know maybe i'll buckle down this year and try. you musta started early like me diver. been at it since age 9. nice to know i'm not the only idiot out there... no disrespect to you others but you know what i mean

      smoked a bit down range when i n a pinch but i am a smokeless user myself. never could smoke unless i had to cause it is hard enough to carry my big ass around without adding extra work on my lungs.
