TweetWhats going on to all ? ive been doing a training and diet program from 5star if anyone is fimiliar with that i started 3 weeks with pretty much a cave man diet salmon chicken steak etc its going good i started out at 210 i now weigh 205 the idea behind the plan is to maimtain strength but not to lose to much muscle and strength rep schemes are between 8 and 10 reps i power lift so most of my reps were 3 to 5
weight when started 210 current 205
height 5,9
