Mike Wolf Hits 800 In a Bench Daddy!
TweetMike Wolf back in full training is now chasing the AWPC raw Bench World record! He just hit a solid 573 in Vegas at the WPC Worlds. Currnetly he is chasing a 600 plus bench in competition. He is in full training mode and worked in the Mike womack bench daddy for the first time during this past Sunday's Max Effort bench session.
