      I was wondering how much cardio should I do. Im 6' 220 solid going to take 300mg/deca and 250mg/sust. for 10 weeks for first cycle. I want to be really tite and ripped

      three things.
      You will be looking pretty bloated from water retention after a deca and sust cycle. Run some clen with or after the cycle to get rid of the water weight and cut you.

      Also at 220lbs you should be running more than 250mg of sust and maybe more deca. Are you trying to get bigger or just get cut?

      If you are trying to get cut maybe consider a new cycle. EQ, WINNY, PRIMO, these are AS that will get you more cut. Also run clen to cut fat and water weight. AND DONT FORGET THE CHLOMID.

      Oh sorry and about your original question. If you are trying to build mass dont do cardio more than a couple times a week. You will burn off all of the food you are cramming into yourself to build. If you are trying to cut I would do cardio 4 times a week or more if you want to, as long as you are eating enough.

      cardio first thing in the morning with an empty stomach w/ an eca stack. With an empty stomach u can burn fat way more easily.

      Dont do any cardio at all. Save your precious calories for mass building. You can burn off whatever little fat you gain after the cycle.

      Edit: Sorry forgot to mention ECA=Ephedra/Caffeine/Asperine like some hydroxycut have:
      Ma-Huang (Ephedra)
      Caffeine (caffeine duh)
      White willow (asperine)

      its a potent legal fat burning stack. I dont suggest it while on bulking cycle because it will surpress your appetite (its hard enought o eat all the food as it is) and you dont want to burn calories for nothing. All your calories should be going to your muscles not cardio or ECA.

      I like to do alittle cardio even when bulking. 20min 2-3 times a week is good. It helps keep bp lower and keeps me in better shape.

      When on juice and ECA blood pressure might be a concern. But if you take my advice it shouldnt since ECA should only be used on a cutting cycle which would involve alot of blood pressure lowering cardio anyway. If you do ECA, no cardio and a bulking agent like Test or Dianobol expect bloody noses, red eyes and your heart having a general sense of wanting to explode.
