The Ageless Wonder Herb Strange
TweetMaster lifter Herb Strange (242) competed at the IPL worlds and set two world records in the bench at the tender age of 80. First he decide to begin the day with out equipment and finished with a lift of 97.5Kg (214). Later in the day he wore a single ply shirt and benched 105Kg (231). Here is the footage of his lifts.
