      Getting kind of sick of my sad protein shakes at work that consist of milk and shake mix. Blender ones at home taste like a milkshake but bored of the simple ones. Any ideas???

      Get PB2...it's a peanut butter that they remove the majority of the fat from...it's in powder for so you can just add a coupled tablespoons like you added real PB but it's easy to shake and tastes awesome.

      They have regular PB2 and a chocolate PB2.

      Blend in a bananna or some other kind of fruit like raspberries or strawberries. Sometimes I'll add in Tropicana OJ or fruit punch for some sweetness.

      I do that but can't at work unless I bring a blender lol maybe my hand mixer. I thought about blending in the morning before work and then see how it lasts.

      Sometimes I blend enough for 3 shakes worth if im going to be busy. I find it a pain in the ass to use a blender every time I want a shake so I make enough to last me a few at a time.

      Blend in the morning then put it in a shaker cup. If it is a thicker consitentsy, I think it would last longer. I mix mine with some oats, frozen berries, 1/2 banana, 1/2 avocado, whey powder and almond milk. This makes a thick shake and satifies hunger too.

      Bolthouse farms makes a rtd shake w a lot of minerals and vitamins. Think 30g of protein too. Tastes fawking amazing too.

      Thanks everyone ill prob start blending in am I hate mornings lol. Something has gotta change though. Magic bullet maybe. I've never seen that bolt house one we have a chai soy 30g soy protein one but may not have the one in your pic in Canada eh.
      I should start using the more convenient ones a lil more.

      Ya I actually bought one last night 49 grams of sugar so prob. Shouldn't make a habit if it. I like the weider ones but then the low Carb one has artificial sweetener. Can't win lol
