      Why is it some days I just feel like a skinny little guy? Most of the time I'm fine and feel very positive about myself. Just today I don't so much....I don't know, just weird I guess.

      i am a skinny guy so when i feel that way i am all good. i cut protein intake to prevent mass. strange how one's priorities change going from powerlifting and BB to training martial arts

      i honestly think the small feeling is to low blood pressure and water loss...the day after i go drinking i'm feeling smaller but not water bloated so more definition, but my bodyweight is still the same...
