Lifter Tom Murray lifted at the USAPL Ohio State Championships on Nov 3 in Bedford Ohbegan. He started his benches with an easy 500 then moved on to 530 for a new PR.. On his third attempt Tom decided on 545 for a new PR and it won 1st place in the SHW Raw Division and Best Bench press award! This lift will also put him tied for 4th on the current rankings!
