Yeesh.. the ole morning shake is getting hard to swallow!

  • Yeesh.. the ole morning shake is getting hard to swallow!

    My brother bought me a bunch of suppliments for X-mas. So I've added them to my morning & bedtime shakes.

    So this is what's going into every shake:

    30grams Whey Protien (Choc banana flavour)
    25grams Creatine (Hawian Punch flavour)
    5grams Glutamine
    5grams taurine
    2 crushed multi-vitamines
    2 tbls All natural Peanut Butter
    300ml Skim milk.

    Blech what a nasty shit mix this is! Wish it was chocolate flavoured creatine or something! The things we do for muscle!

      Yeah, it's definately the Hawian Punch Creatine that's putting the shit into my shit-mix.

      But I'm lazy and don't want to mix up 2 different drinks. Think I'm going to buy me some orange flavoured whey protien when this stuff runs out.

        Real Food

        I have to eat some real food for breakfast. Usually 6 egg whites and two yolks with a couple slices of whole wheat bread. When I get tired of that, I'll do a bowl of oatmeal with blueberries and a couple scoops of why protein.

          Oh, I'll eat real food also..

          I usually have the shake and 2 pieces of multigrain toast with 1/2 can of tuna between them. I'll also throw in a piece of fruit or a granola bar.

            Ahhh good ol oatmeal,egg whites,toast and vitamins,,,,,,,,,recipe for some potent GAS!

              I can’t eat real food first thing in the morning. I don’t know why, but all my life I have not been able to eat breakfast – no appetite whatsoever. So at night I premix a shake with a thin consistency, put it in the refrigerator and drink it first thing in the morning. About 2 hours later I usually have a big bowl of oatmeal.

                I'm guessing you work out at night? When I started working out in the morning my appetite increased. I went from eating 2 yogurts to eating everything in sight.

                    agreed. sissy. :p try mixing up surge (vanilla)/whey(choc/van/str...whatever is on the shelf)/carao/creatine/glutamine and do it in water, not even milk. that is way worse! lol. but i've been chugging this type of shit for 16 years...so i don't care what it tastes like...its not a treat or anything. i'll eat a mesotech bar if i want something to taste good for a MR.

                      Try this... it's the breakfast of champions

                      8 EGGWHITES
                      1/2 CUP OF OATMEAL
                      2 PACKS OF SWEETNLOW
                      1/2 CUP OF NONFAT DRY MILK(PREPARED)
                      1-2 teaspoons of vanilia extract
                      about 1/2 teaspoon of cinnemon
                      8-10 ice cubes
                      (blend well)

                      I got tired of eathing eggwhites so now i just blend them... it makes a bomb ass shake.
