Tweetmy opinion is if good genetics 2 yrs to get good build with 3 months to build the foundation. so majority is youll put on with gear in 2 yrs 15 lbs muscle without gear 7 lbs muscle. but most important time in building muscle and being very consistent is the first 3 months you can build good muscle this is when u want to pack on alot of mass as you can and build that foundation to witch will take you to where you grow each yr better. as far as how many inches on arms its to difficult to tell i got 4 inches first 2 yrs but i started with 11 inches and my arms grow without no troulble at all. after 8 yrs they say if your consistent, thats about as much muscle youll get. maybe if u change angles on your exercises, youll get more, i believe that but it comes very slowly after 8 yrs training.
