TweetI like them, but the powdered ones tend to affect my allergies. If you have seasonal allergies it may not be a good idea. I have tried chlorophyll caps and they dont have the same effect, so I have to go with that instead. Not that anyone cares, lol

TweetWell...I dont want someone to try it and have the same experience i had. I started itching profusely aft I took it and was sneezing all day...I was allergic to grass and the guy ( yeah stupid of me to ask the guy at the healthfood store) if the greens in it would effect my allergies. He said "Nah..its not the say it wont effect you". Lol my surprise when I started itching all over and sneezing..I dont have the allergy with grass anymore, but im not takin any chances!
