    hey ... let me know what you think....

    first two are before pictures, 198 9-10% bf....





    these two are nearing the end of my cycle.... EQ 400mg/week and fina 75mg/ED

    i am weighing about 205, although its a little hard to tell for sure... my weight is up and down with all the holiday food...

    I dont think there is a huge difference, but its a little noticible. I have been getting comments that i look bigger, but i think i look more lean, than big...

    do you guys think i will keep most of my gains with the EQ and fina ?

    anyway.... let me know what you all think....

    Thanks bro.... that made my day.... yeah the only thing i really notice in the pics are the traps.... they definantly look like the pumped up..... and maybe slightly larger on the chest.....

    i think when this cycle is done... i will take some time off with the gear, leave my diet about the same (its clean 5 days a week, and 80% protine) and try and alter my work outs to lean up even more.... the problem there is time...... i was thinking of trying to cut my weight sessions down to about 30 min that way i could do cardio 45 min 5 days a week..... I guess the lifting plan is to do only 2 major exercises per muscle, but hit it for 5-6 sets, in the 4-8 rep range...... and take most sets to failure.....

    then, maybe in May go back on either Fina only or Fina/winny..........

    i am currently at 204-206 and I am guessing about 9% .... I would like to be around 210 and 7%....... I think that would turn some heads...... I already have a relatively lean frame....

    Im wondering what most of my progress came from, the EQ or fina...... I know the EQ is slow acting, but about 2 weeks after i started the fina, i was getting comments in the gym about how i looked bigger.........

      EQ is great bro...I'm in my 5th week and the results are there. I'll be adding sust and winny in the 8th week but your results are sweet, good work man keep it up!

          ummm i usually buy i think 36' waist, but i like them a little lose

          but I am almost 6'3 and 205lb..... 36 waist sounds kinda big.....
