Drinking lots of water, about a gallon to a gallon and a half. I'm also supplementing with 20g Glutamine daily, ECA and guggle (Labrada's ThyroBoost).

TweetIt's hard for me to drink. I like the EAS rtd's. They're pretty good but pricey. Labrada is making a low carb RTD now. I might try that instead of the powder.
