Anyone ever injure the area in the upper chest/front delt/upper bicep region. I dont know what exactly the injury is but I get a sharp tension pain when doing incline exercises. Mainly incline bench, and dumbbell flies.

      Any thoughts?

I have something going on like that right now and it also happened after doing the same thing as you. I haven't done that in 2 weeks to give it a rest and even the fly motion hurts so bad. My pain is worse in the upper chest/clavicle area. Take a break for awhile

no pop and no bruise is usually a good sign that it isnt a muscle tear. tendons on the other hand can be tricky and dont always bruise. take some time off from using it and go from there. i pulled that exact region on a deployment and i used some icy hot patches and it speed the recovery up. i like the saloon paas medicated patches for issues now. those things are like gold

I would Definitely stop doing the movements that are painful. Find exercises that dont hurt and work the shit out of them
