TweetYup its a no contest , phil is standing all alone. How about Dex, he looked good but the real surprize to me was Shawn Rhoden, small waste, little joints.
TweetWow, heath looked great and blew kai out of the water. Japanese guy was solid, but too small.

Tweeti def dont see it like you guys do and that is why it is an objective sport. i think phil was off a bit and didnt make any real noticeable improvements over last year. that is what the guys on md are saying as well except shawn ray. we all know he will win though
TweetCan only compare Phil go what is on stage. I thought he had some more work to do. Coleman has come on the stage a lot drier.
TweetI rally hope so, I like kai.
Tweeti am with you on this one. got him nailed on everything but arms

I'm telling you, Kai is winning this!
Tweeti am 100% with you on this one but we all know how it always plays out at the end of the day.
i also think that jose has the 212 nailed but idk how that will work out at the end of the day either
TweetI hear you brother. Hopefully Kai and Phil only get better tonight, making the pose down one hell of an event to watch. I was talking a good buddy, he said he's never seen Kai like this before. He know's Phil so he's a little biased, but he just emailed me saying he was a little worried lol!
Tweeti said the same thing, i think kai is better than the last 2 arnolds that he won. i would also like to see them tighten up and throw down. i am kind of let down that phil didnt make any big improvements over last year
TweetPhil still had those "ballon" delts, but when they did the side chest pose, Phil's lack in quad mass really showed compared to Kai's. James I see what your saying about Phil's upper back, but I think if they were to hit the pose the same time, Kai would still come out on top. Kai's back and front lat spread is still ridiculous though...
I'm excited for this one! I'm still sticking with Kai though till the end. I was favoring him ever since the ending of last year's Olympia, and that was about the time I started my journey to re-create myself. I have watched everything there is out on Kai, and have begun to really look up to his philosophy on weights and training. Hell, I'm even growing my hair out again so I can have my dreads back lol! I miss my dreads. Win or lose though for Kai, I think he has realized where he needs to be to be on top...
TweetGoing for my man flex Lewis for 212
TweetFood for Thought:

"It's very close and Kai and Phil seem to be neck and neck. Can't wait to see the outcome, though, yeah, it seems inevitable that Heath will get his second Sandow.
Here's one scenario for my fellow conspiracy theorists:
It's a subjective choice, so wouldn't it make financial sense to have Kai be the winner? Exciting that there's a new champion, but also sets up a giant rivalry for next year as Cutler returns seeking his 5th Sandow!
With three Mr. Olympias in the same contest (four if you count Dexter -- and from his condition at this year's O you should definitely count Dexter) the suspense and therefore marketing interest would be insane."
I like it! But Kai will win because he is the best on the stage tonight!
