400 eq for ten weeks
250 test for ten weeks

TweetIMHO your doses are too low, why is the Test at 250? Why not 500? I'm sure some members can advise you on some good stuff for the acne prevention. What kind of gear?

that's what my boy takes, he got it at GNC. Seems to work pretty good. I'm thinking about taking it myself too.

either/or i'm pretty sure..it wont hurt you to take it...its a B vitamin so its water soluble and wont harm you if you take it to prevent it...probably only need 2-3g/day for prevention

btw, clubkid your cycle is just fine for a first cycle.

Hell i'm doing eq 400/12 and test 200/10 and this is my second cycle. No need to overdue it your first time around. Get your feet wet, see how you respond, and move on from there.
