      I would say that being fit is def a confidence booster as "Most" people in this country are fat/obese, don't care about their weight and eat like shit. Nothing better than walking through the mall and dudes girlfriend is checking you out cause you look better lol. Or at the bar when u get like 4-5 numbers in a night. All i'm sayin, is this has some truth to it.
