Tweetyeah, a dropper holds 1 ml, but you need to be able to measure small volumes for the down ramp ...
use a slin needle to draw it up with, you can use the same one every day ...

To put it in common T-3 dosages...
25mcg = 21 IU = .21 CC
50mcg = 42 IU = .42 CC
100mcg = 83 IU = .83 CC
(also yes to the .4CC = 48 mcg)
