      In Part One, we shared some of the benefits claimed for IF (intermittent fasting) and a few things to consider in deciding whether to use the technique yourself. Here are a few more things to look at that may help you decide whether IF is the right path for you.IF is a method intended to burn off body fat. If you AND #146;re just trying to get buff for a photo shoot or a weekend at the beach, it AND #146;s not your best bet. Concentrate instead on reducing your caloric intake and enjoying intense workouts AND #133; you AND #146;ll get better results.If you AND #146;re a 97 pound weakling, looking to bulk up, you may find yourself adding more fat than muscle, initially.       Good read. Theres something to this IF stuff. I remember sitting in a nutrition seminar and the guy said "Have you ever noticed how much better you feel when you dont eat a lot of food?". IF might not be the way to go for everyone, but for some people it can be fantastic.
