don't even think about it bro. go to the gym and work out as if you were on. you will lose weight and size but keep it in your mind that it's just water weight and you're looking better and better. worked for me. got me through 12 weeks until my next cycle which starts promptly tomorrow 10 am!!!!

i wouldnt train your ass off. I dont go to failure for the 4 weeks post cycle. I dont want to even sniff overtraining, which can raise the already surging T3 levels, and lower testerone, which is the exact opposite. I just replace some carbs with good fats, keep cals the same, add a little slin, and i havent crashed since my first cycle.

You dont have to, maybe 5lbs or so gradually, mostly water. You wont notice a sudden drop in weight if you run post cycle therapy correctly. Plus your doing the dbol bridge. If you do it for 8 weeks as per how FONZ laid it out, i would take an additional 4 weeks off after it, it will not allow for 100% recovery, unless you take additional dbol free time off.

I think that the bigger or more extreme a cycle you ran the more likely you are to experience a crash when it’s over.

Some size and strength loss is almost unavoidable, but not everybody crashes – even off really big cycles.

I would lower the lifting poundage abit because ur tendons are gonna be beaten up from the cycle and also to let them heal. Doesnt mean use extra light weight, but ur not on juice no more and no matter what u aint gonna lift the poundage that u used to, but stay postive and keep pumping just IMO I do it for my tendons so they can take alittle break from the heavy poundage.
