TweetIt works well for sleep but I wouldn't expect any huge strength increases from it, alot of times companies add token amounts of other ingredients to allow them to charge more, ZMA alone works fine.
TweetWhat do you Bros think of it? Do you like the ones that add some thing to the formula? What brand?

TweetZMA is a very over hyped product. It basically will give you a ood night's sleep. There are way more products on the market that will do the same for allot cheaper.

TweetI reallly could not tell a difference while on ZMA. I bought a product from walmart called Relax and sleep, it worked alot better for sleep.(alot cheaper too)

My opinion? Hogwash! I've read the journals on this stuff years ago and was fortunate enough to read enough unbiased studies that dis-proved the efficacy of this stuff! Reugular old Zinc is just as good! (and this doesn't even work that well!).
It's my understanding that ZMA was formulated by some greedy bastard looking to deceive the bodybuilding community to fill his pockets. ZMA is nothing more than Zinc being marketed as ZMA.........like it's some superior form of zinc or something! LOL--------good one!
Zinc DOES raise test levels but not significantly enough to make a difference. May be best used and noticed when test levels are severely lowered (post cycle) or in cases where LH function is lessened.
TweetThanks bro for the info.
