hand held BF counter...hmmm

TweetI have always wondered what my BF was........I seen a hand held one in the drugstore for 80$.........the next day at the gym the manager brought out a similar one.....cool..........so I enter in all my info. grab hold and squeeze.............first i got a reading of 5.9%...... lmao yeah right , im cut but not that cut ............next day I got a 7.9% lol still unbelievable............anyone tried this BF analyzer and another kind of BF analyzer to compare difference........I still dont feel I know what my BF % is............thx all

Tweetit's probably like those tantia scale that use a weak electrical current to test resistance then change that resistance into a bodyfat. I don't hold much faith in them get a $10 caliper and a calculator.

TweetI've used one and I know it was off. But, I think you are supposed to use it first thing in the morning and on an empty stomach. I heard that if you eat a meal, especially an unhealthy one, that it throws it way off.
