TweetI would think there would be a point in time where you will have to sacrifice size for quality of life as we age, but I bet you'll be one bad ass senior citizen though! LOL! As for skin, it will lose some of it's elasticity, but keeping up with your healthy habits as in exercise and good food will do you good. My last trip back home I sat across from a couple who were both in their 70's. They both did triathlons, pushed weights in the gym, and preached healthy diet. The only reason why I know this is because curiosity got the best of the guy sitting in front of them and they chatted the whole plane ride about it. This couples skin was tight, and they were both in very good shape...
