Be gentle fellas. i know everyone makes excuses about poor placings but wrap your head around balancing training and dieting around deployments, callouts, schools, training and living the day to day life of a military guy. i am no longer in an active military status as of now so you can see with having my first high placing in a minute i have more time and energy to focus on bodybuilding
i have been bodybuilding and competing since 95. i have done numerous shows all along the east coast. i have placed in the top for the last 3 years and won a few along the way. i have also prepped numerous other competitors both natural and assisted. none of my competitors have placed lower than 3 male and 2d female. i am currently assisting a masters competitor for the nationals next year. i am confident for a nq for this year and maybe do a national show before the end of the year.
