Why do people think its so hard to get protein? Does it have to come from meat? I dont think there are many Vegan pro bodybuilders, but can it be done?

TweetYea but vegan means no meat eggs mill cheese etc. Basically stuck to nuts and things like pea protein. I'm sure he can do it. I'm also pretty sure it will effect him if he truely goes vegan. I could see him becoming vegitarian and saying he is vegan.

TweetThere are different types of vegans...I met a bodybuilder the other day that allows whey protein and eats like 5k in calories a day mostly carbs...blew me away...could never do it!
