Tweetany tips on how Not to get sick when working out? i just started lifting again (light) after a legthy break, and not even 5 mins into the workout i get so sick i have to throw up... i tried not eating before workouts, eating before workouts, etc.. nothing works... after a while i'll get used to it, but right now it drives me nuts
