My buddy and I both play college football, I always juice in the offseason and am done well in time for the season to start. He has never done any juice before and would like to do a small cycle before the season starts. I have advised a test only cycle of something like prop or suspension. Problem is there is only about 10 weeks before the season starts, how long do prop and suspension stay detectable? How long before the season starts should he get off? What would be more effective prop or suspension? And how much should he use, 100ml a day, eod? He is about 6' 1" 220lbs.
