wt: 158lbs 5% BF never does cardio (naturally fast metabolism)
training for 3 yrs solid
diet is currently 225-275gms protien ED/ 450-500gms carbs ED fat is around 50gms ED
This is his first cycle.
WK
1-7 30mg D-bol (naposim) ED
1-10 400mg Test Enth
I wanted him to run the Dbol longer than the standard 4 weeks to get the most out of the protien synth. He is looking to put on 15-20 keepable pounds. Lets hear some feed back on this please. And "NO" adding other AAS's. These are the only two on hand and he refusue to spend money on anything else until he sees if this works.

TweetLooks alright...he's getting around 3200 calories/day or so right now which isn't bad...try to bump the calories up to about 5000/day...if he has a very fast metabolism...he might want to jack it up even more.
As for the juice...it looks ok, but I really wouldn't run the DBol that long. He's lookin' for 15 - 20 lbs., and this is his first cycle so he shouldn't have any problems getting that with just the test at 400mg/week for the 10 weeks, and the DBol at 30mg/day for 4 weeks, maybe 5.

Tweet400 mg test is plenty! IMO i would just do the test. No need for the d-bol. If his diet is up to par at his size he should blow up off of 400mg test only!
