Oh, and 1" is what you should be using on delts.
TweetI want to do injections in the delts because mine are weak (esp front) but I`m wondering if I`ve got enough "beef" to go 1.5 in deep without hitting bone or a vein. Or getting nervous and shaking when I use the left hand.
Please give me step by step instructions.

TweetI go 5/8" in my delt, bi, tri, and trap....not a lot of fat there !!!!!
Anyway, I don't put a lot of faith in spot injection for growth or else we would all have asses the sizes of Oprah's.
I spot inject to minimize scar tissue buildup.
TweetI do have an ass the size of Oprah!!!!
I don't want to get toned, I just want to become a fucking freak.
I just work out because I want to look good with my XXXXL shirt on.
Tweetand I mean the size of Oprah, not Oprah's!

Tweetspot inject just for rest on ass area!
never give up just keep lookin ahead hopefully she will have a nice ASS.
TweetExactly LOL, Spot injects will not make your delts get any bigger alone. They will grow just as much if you eat and train correctly. This myth needs to die, If it were true we would all have asses the size of Oprah or Horses....

TweetPersonally I think spot injections are purely for resting the usual target areas like glutes, thighs and shoulders.
There is no proven evidence that spot injecting works, if it were true we'd have huge ass's, thighs and delts. Sure the immediate area swells as it reacts to the carrier in which the steroid/hormone/drug is suspended, but it soon settles back down unless you hit that area again. Logic here, your usual glute area is becoming sore and swollen with scare tissue, so you look for another site to hit till it settles back down, the new area becomes swollen so you look for another spot.
superdog: If your delts are weak, try splitting your shoulder routine up, pick isolation exercises for the front heads {like front DB raises}, the middle heads {standing side lateral raises working off a low cable}and the rear heads {like bent over side lateral raises working off a low cable}, isolate these areas and make a concentrated mental effort on them. Learn to separate the moves using a lower weight, feel the area as you go through the motions then as you get stronger increase the weight. Later when it's time to change your routine you can try more strength type exercises.
Just my 2 cents worth, but you can have it for free
