I don't want to get toned, I just want to become a fucking freak.
I just work out because I want to look good with my XXXXL shirt on.
Tweetive tried but my shoulder hurts to bad during presses,i have given it more than enough rest and warm up thourghly and properly.it is only to be used on 1 workout a week(chest, shoulders)
TweetIf you mask the pain you are only going to fuck it up more.
If you get a sharp pain in the shoulder when you do a bench press for example you may have injured your rotator cuff and really the only way to fix that is to not do any excercises that hurt for a couple of months, e.g. no benching for 3 months.
I've been there and it SUCKS for sure.

TweetYou may want to go see an orthopedist or a sports physician and get his advice.
If it is your rotator cuff then masking the pain and doing excercises that stress it can get you into serious trouble. The pain is there for a reason, it's there to tell you that doing certain movements will mess you up. This type of injury recovers extremely slowly and will not recover at all if you don't give the joint the rest it needs to recover.
Knowing the intense pain this can cause I think it will take a strong opiate to mask it and regulars of this forum have experienced up close and personal how badly those can mess up your life.
I feel your pain bro, I had the same injury a few years back and the way I got rid of it was by sticking to legs, abs and cardio for a couple of months.

Tweetnaproxen, or methocaribonal...minor muscle rexlants, they will get you through the workout, but if you have that much pain, especialyy in that area, the doc would be my main priority
