TweetDiscalimers don't mean shit. I've seen people with legal wills signed by the grantor before they died and none of it hold up in court. If my dad leaves me something in a will and the court can take it away, I guarantee a few words on a board will not protect you from the law. Your signature is not a legal document. It's not notorized or approved by any court of law.
