they wouldn't waive it even though the area i'm in wouldn't even pick up reception ...

reporting it stolen won't do anything i don't think ...

u could try selling your contract to a friend
u could try reporting it stolen, but if you are in a contract they will just offer you a shitty replacement fone ... also a problem with a contract if you report the fone stolen you can't use that fone in your new plan, so youll have to buy a new fone

not possible, non-transferable...


if you reposrt it stolen, they will give you a cheap phone and your obligated to possibly buy another one, or better yet...they will bill you for the remaining time on the contract

no you keep the fone under your name and just get a buddy to pay the fees ... that is what im doing, i have my friends old cell and his old number and just pay him for the bill (it has to be a buddy you trust)

you can knock your fone bill down to the lowest paying plan and just ride it out for the remainder

Best way to do it. If you only have a few months left, just lower your monthly service to the lowest one there is. Otherwise, pay the $175.

TweetWell lowering your plan it actually changing your contract and therefore implements a new term, so it is like signing a new contract.

With some companies, not sure about all of them.
