TweetI'm the same way my gf remembers when I was 180 and I said all I want is 200lbs,then 210,215,220,235,245,255,260,now back down to 237 today at 6'l
Tweetim 6'1" 205 +/- 2-3 lbs each day
20years old
15" cold arms
30-31" waist
7% BF
i guess im asking if those stats are worth while or should i keep thinking as i am and try and gain 20 more lbs. i started out at 180-185 lbs in march.
started march 29th.
25-50 Dbol wk 1-5
750+ sust wk 1-17
500+deca wk 1-17
clomid to come off
i guess i look in the mirror and still see that 150 lb kid from when i graduated from high school.. my gf tells me i have a disorder like anorexia, because i dont see what is really there. or am i not the only one?
tell me if you still think your small.. and under no circumstance am i not conceded, we all are in a way, otherwise we wouldnt care what our bodies look like.

Tweetmuscle dismorphia....you can't get big enough.......and are never happy...you don't see what is actually in the mirror...
I know for a fact i have it...i'm never satisfied and never will be....all i ever think about is lifting and how i can get bigger...it's actually sickening.....something is wrong with me but i can live with it...
your best bet is to take pictures and you then will be able to track your progress.......the scale is another way but you still don't acknowledge the gain
use pictures as a resource and keep gaining!
good luck
Ask yourself....why exist if you can't be the best? What is YOUR answer?
TweetDefinitely..Im sure there are good doctors with good medicines to "treat" what we all have wrong with us.. lol. I think it's hard to see change in yourself because it is sort of gradual, and you see yourself every day. Ill bet if you were to run into someone who hasnt seen you in like a year they'd be blown away. Youve been working out nad theyve been sittin on the couch eating pizza...I love it when that happens!!!! Thats when you say to yourself---oh yeah..somethings happening.

TweetSort of got carried away with that last post.. as a followup, what's your chest size. I like to gauge my progress based on my chest, and actually shoulder width as a ratio to my waist size. Ive heard before that a .7 waist to chest size is pretty good, of course a .6 or .5 is better--for example, 50" chest to 32" waist, etc.

TweetBigSoda & JayC.........
You guys sound just like me, I started out about 180 at 6'1 with about 7% body fat. Now I'm up to about 205 and I still feel skinny. My girlfriend now wife wanted me to get a little bigger because she thought I was too thin. Now she thinks I'm getting crazy about all this. It's funny how woman are like that. I think 6'1 240-250 with low body fat is perfect and that what I'm working for
Tweeti always feel small but other people say i'm not though
Tweetwheeew.. im not the only one.
i did take pictures before my first cycle. i look bigger, i can see the difference, but i guess i just want to be bigger so i look in the mirror and see a skinny guy.
I am away at school all the time and just came home this last weekend. I cant stop smiling after hearing all my friends parents and my friends say "wow college sure did a lot for you, you filled out, drink too many beers?" Its funny i dont drink beer i tell them, and then pull my shirt in towards my stomach to show no gut. Everyones amazed. I love the compliments
and Soda you got up to 260? holy shit, how in the f*ck and how long did it take. i would like to get to 225-230 Solid with 7% bf still, maybe even 5-6%
Im going to do FINA, EQ, WINNY next time and maybe some Test Enan on top just to liven me up a bit. I love the feeling of being on, Everyone says your susposed to be hornier than normal, not so much, ok maybe a little, but I just love the feeling of hard ass muscles everytime i move or flex
I dont know my chest size, ill measure it tomorrow at work, and get all my other measurements, like calves, thigh, forearm all that kind of shit
TweetYeah it was my first cycle, but why not go big the first time. you will never get the first cycle again. Your first cycle is your best anyways. the most results i feel.
TweetI'm another that feels that way also. When my wife and I are out we'll see someone that works out and I'll say that dudes is big and my wife says well your as big as he is. It's like no way, I just don't see it in the mirror like you guys are saying. I'm bigger than I've ever been but not big enough I guess.
TweetWell i remeasured my body.
16" arms, ok one notch under but its close enough
15.5" calves,
44" chest,
32" waist
23" thigh
16.75 neck
not bad for a 20 yr old
I had the biggest smile ever today, i work at a clothing store and this lady was comparing my size to her husband and shes like well he's no BODYBUILDER, talking about her husband and saying i was a bodybuilder. i laughed and thought damn am i starting to look that big .. i wish i was
oh well afterwork back to the gym to try and get bigger.
Tweetim doing that same cycle you came off of ... how much weight did you end up putting on and how much strength gains...thanks
Tweeti am not near coming off yet. i still have 22cc of sust and 13cc of Deca left for this cycle.
i started at 180-185 and now im 205-210 and i have NO BLOAT, all my initial water weight is gone and i like to think im shredded sometimes. when i am pumped i can see all muscle strands and stiations in my upper body.
I think this cycle has done the most for me. It was my first and i took advantage of the first being your most effective. I still have about 6 weeks left then clomid we will see what happens.
good luck and how long have you been on cycle, and what have you gained. and your stats? badboy?
Tweetgood to hear that man those are some great gaiins.....im 3 weeks in and have gone from 215 to 225-227 great strength gains so far cant wait to see how it goes.....few side effects including some bloat in the face but other than that great lean gains...keep me updated as you finish up and ill do the same
