I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
I pray at least 6 times a day to build my soul
TweetSalmon is omega 3 fatty acid, same as flax. You might want to consider some Udo's or Barleans choice oils, they contain omega 3,6 & 9 and Udo's contains GLA.... all good fats
TweetYJ
speaking of GLA,-AF store hype or worth the $?

Not sure how much it is, but if its GLA alone, Id pass. You can find omegas mixed with GLA for a good price.... Ill look.
GLA is a form of Omega-6

TweetSorry I gotta say I hate your cutting diet too.
Fat is seriously not the enemy.

You must be one hungry MF.![]()
TweetIMO, I don't think you're eating enough, in fact, it looks like you're intaking even less than I do as a female while cutting. What's your total caloric intake?
Brains, Beauty and Brawn
TweetMy caloric intake averages 2200-2400cal ED.... I am not hungry at all....I weight 170lbs have not dropped any weight during this cutting cycle I have only lost BF......So I wonder why I keep getting all the negative feedback WHEN THIS cutting diet is working??? [serioulsy]

TweetYou know, Scorp, if it's working, then no need to fix it. Everybody's body reacts differently and no one formula works for everyone. So keep at it, make little adjustments as you see the need for them, keep your willpower up. BTW, how far into the diet are you, and what's your goal - are you competiting or just getting ready for summer?
Brains, Beauty and Brawn
TweetThe reason for the negative feedback is because the diet is not healthy, not because it doesnt work. I have talked to many people from different boards who still regret using diets like yours because they can severly impact your hormonal profile even after they have begun a better diet. Since you are currently ON then you dont have to worry about it NOW but it can cause problems especially when trying restore your non existent T levels.
People are just lookin out for you. I could eat fuckin snickers and whey all day and lose fat just fine, it doesnt mean it's the best way to get it done.
