Tweeti am currently on the tail-end of a two week t3/clen cycle. not going above 100mcg with the clen, and 60 mcg with the t3. can i continue the clen, while stopping the t3? i have seen good results, and honestly i dont want to stop, due to the fact that i dont really notice any effects from an eca stack. so is it okay to continue one or the other? or, for health reasons, should i wait another two weeks?

TweetI gotta disagree. When I'm running clen for pre-competition I run it 12 weeks/ 2 days on/1 day off. As for T-3 a good rule of thumb is 5%/45%/55%. 5% of the time going up to your max, 45 % at your max dose, 55% workin your way down.
