Tweetkeep us updated, i'm interested in a cycle with susp/winny. Suspension has a really short half life that's why some shoot twice a day.

Tweetwater based you should feel within an hour. oil based within 12 hrs. I can feel the oil based quicker but I might be different. these are the normal times though. but I'm not saying your gonna turn into the hulk in an hour. but you should feel it.
