Milkthistle, ALA and other liver detox
TweetI was wondering what dosage should you use for Milk thistle and ALA? Is it the same for someone using more than a gram a week? Is the products from GNC good to buy or going to Wal-Mart just as good? Oh yeah, and do you take it with everything else (if your taking it in the AM?). I've done searches on it but I like to hear personal experiences on how much, when and with what. Thanx.
