Seriously, you don't need any clen. Get your diet and cardio down and the pounds will come off and you'll lean up in time for summer. You have to be proactive - NOW - instead of waiting. If you're seeing your abs now you bodyfat should be relative low so the changes in diet and cardio shouldn't be too drastic.
