I have been realizing that when I eat any kind of dairy product, I get a little bloated and my sinuses act up. The plan is to get the doc to check me out and let me know exactly what it is. My question is, if I'm unable to eat dairy the way I do now, will the supplements get the job done? Thanks in advance...

How long have you been snorting your cottage cheese?

That is the first time I have heard of this. Do you suffer from seasonal allergies?

You mean the first time you've heard of a food allergy to Dairy Products?

No, nothing really noticeable w/ seasonal allergies.

I've actually been noticing it throughout the past several months, but never could pinpoint which foods made it occur, until recently. I keep thinking.."lactose intolerant"...man, I hope not.

Lactose intollerance usually makes you poop like a goose, not swell the sinuses and such. I thought it may be seasonal allergies (pollen, spores).

Would have to agree with Hungarian - I am lactose intolerant and when I eat diary - it's the fourth of July in my stomach and in my toilet! I think you might be suffering from seasonal allergies. Get yourself some Allegra or equivalent.

Would have to agree....I believe it might be allergies. I havent ever heard of sinus symptoms related to dairy intake. Let us know what the doctor says Shiner.
