This is a fast acting steroid derived from dihydrotestosterone. This drug was one of the few steroids that were undetetecable. Athletes could use this compound right up to the day of steroid tested competitions and not test positive. In 1990, The Calgary olympics Doping Control center Department of Laboratory medicine, identified urinary secretion of Furzabol metabolites. It has since been incorporated into the general dope testing protocol for anabolic steroids. Thus, this previously undetecable steroid has been identified and is now tested for by the IOC.
