If training alone what is your average time on each exercise including changing and reracking the plates?

    Re: time on each exercise

Since I do work out alone I never time anything. Typically an hour and a half is a solid workout but does variety. Each exercise really man.. never timed it, now ill be clock watching

I get in my entire workout done in 45 min, 6 to 8 different workouts, 4 to 5 sets each

Typically two hours. I start with a 12min warmup on a treadmill, then some shoulder work just to warmup the joints(arm circles and rotator cuff stuff) then one or two body parts and then 20min cardio at the end. So the actual weights are probably about 1-1:15. 4 exercises per body part except back and legs, they tend to get six or so. Also typically 4-5 sets.

Probably 10 to 15 mins for each exercise depending on what I'm doing.
