    Today was a great workout!

    Incline Flys
    Incline Bench Press
    Flat Dumbbell Press
    Decline Bench Press
    Cable Crossovers
    Cable Crunches
    Side lateral Raises

So everything today was for 12 reps for 3-5 sets. Was a fantastic workout, I had so much intensity, I finally feel like I am starting to love my workouts even more.

I am starting to do morning cardio which is going to suck but its going to make me much leaner in the long run, maybe lose this small baby fat off my tummy!!!

Nothing better than that feeling of being in the zone when lifting. People talk about a runners high, I think that same feeling can be achieved while lifting. Nice choice of lifts as well.

hahah high volume is the best thing about my workouts, mainly because i did that workout in an hour. if i had less reps i would only be in the gym for 30 minutes and I love being in the gym lol
