TweetI picked one up today for cheap. It is the old fan type where the arms move too.
I am thinking of doing at least 300 minutes per week at a moderate pace. Since my retirement I have been sedentary except for going to the gym. Perhaps this will help.
300 minutes will burn about 3900 k/cal which is a little over a # of fat.

TweetIMO bikes are the best cardio by far. Very low impact. As we get older we do tend to need more cardio too, heart heath and all that. That air bike was a great find bro, would it happen to be Schwin? At any rate good find and enjoy!
