You do not want to use any kind of b12 supplement or injection that is b12 cyanocobalamin, it contains cyanide and it is mostly what is sold. get the b12 Methylcobalamin.

I just take a sublingual tab that you can get at pretty much anywhere. I did inquire about injects but they are quite costly
