Ourdaughter trains with her gymnastics team 11 hours a week. Classe are 3 and a half hours each. the last 1/2 hour of class is conditioning and this past week they have thrown in Tabata training for that half hour. Now these are 10 year old girls and this is some intense training especially after training for 3 hours. these girls are exhausted and I am just watching them,lol. I think I am going to ask if I can jump in for that 1/2 hour.
My daughter gets through it and I tell you "thats awesome" " doesnt it feel great",lol. So great to see kids working hard and they cant complain about it to the coahes or they will end up with more to do. I have always know about Tabata but it has sparked my interest agin when the kids started doing this and now with your post...I am even more intersted. Seeing that you are 45 and doing it inspite of age and injuries, I am 46 and now am even more motivated to try!
