It's a great concept man. A couple of dudes I know have been coaching me on it and I must say the mass I put on came from dc

I used it years ago, wasn't really fond of it and garnished a few over use injuries

I can see where the boredom comes and some injuries due to the concept. It goes against the basic workout that we use most of the time. Preaches simple mild stimulation and over time the frequency of muscles worked out ends in more growth. The only thing I don't like is that I lost a lot of endurance in my eyes.

^ya lost a lot of things! Like I said it's a good concept and works for pushing through a plateau but I probably won't use it much anymore.

Well if we compared to GVT, I did the revamped 2010 GVT. And I liked it, I suffered,

if we look at the load, 10 x 10, compared to doggcrap

I do the extreme stretching, a bit of warm up, I will use my biceps curls

            first time I did 58 times x 80lbs, I was like WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! then 20 x 100lbs, then died at 8 x 100lbs

            so let's see the math, 58 by 80 = 4640lbs, 20 by 100 = 2000, then 800 for a total of 7240lbs

            with GVT, I will use 90lbs 10 x 10 for a total of : 9000lbs

I feel there more volume in GVT than DG.

            what you guys think,

              Re: Doggcrapp

Dc isn't about volume it's all about maximizing the frequency of stimulating the muscles for growth, if I understand it correctly. You're supposed to do a weight right under your max and only get 12-18 reps per exercise. This will stimulate growth and based on the rotation leave time for recovery before hitting it again later in the week
