My wrists, elbows, ands shoulders all get a fairly tight/sore after lifting, especially with presses such as heavy BB or OHP. However, My left wrist is in actual pain- pops with every rotation and is just store, what the hell do I do? I'm not sure if this is a result of strength gains or just going to heavy on OHP or BB, but it's killing me, especially any lateral movements. What should a guy do?
